My Epilepsy Story

Fresh Start….

Well these past few weeks have been extremely full…..A close friend died and left behind his amazing wife and two beautiful children.

I will begin to go back to the gym as the person who was “not so nice” to Samuel is no longer working there.  I sit and ponder about when is the right time to speak up about how people view my son….. The right time is always now!  We are here to change this world even if it is one person at a time.  When we decide to be vulnerable and share our story of epilepsy we can break through the barriers that are here in life.  Stepping out and sharing is not easy but it is worth it in the end.  If we can start to view everyone as having potential in this world, we can change the world.  We all have strengths and weaknesses… it is when we choose to embrace our weaknesses and use our strengths to do great things than this world will be a better place!  I agree that it is a hard and cruel world, yet when we are vulnerable we show we are all human…..compassion is in all of us if we dig down deep inside to stop caring about what the world says and focus on the person standing right before you….

Today look at the person in front of you and view what their strength is, focus on that today……

Brandy, would you put a Subscribe button on this page so people can easily follow your blog? (It's under Gadgets when you're in the page's design mode.)
